Sending Mail from Excel with Microsoft Outlook(11.22.2020 Ver 1.5 Released)

You can send mail with different contents to each recipient at once from Microsoft Outlook using this VBA program.
For example, you can send mail at once if you want to notify the amount of overdue for each individual, or to send an attachment with a record for each individual.


Send mail in the following order...

1) Enter the subject and the body of the mail.

In the "Mail Contents" sheet, If you want to change the subject of the mail for each mail recipient, type {1}, {2}. The vba program replaces {1}, {2} with a replacement value in the "Mail List" sheet.
You can enter the mail body in the same way.

2) Enter mail address and replacement value

In the "Mail List" sheet, enter the mail address of the recipient and the replacement value.

3) Enter attach file name

To attach a file to the mail, enter the folder name and file name where the attachment is located as shown in the following illustration. It should be entered in the form of "folder name \ filename"

You can find the folder location as follows. Go to the folder where the file is located, select any file, right click the mouse and select "Properties" in the window that appears. In the General tab, the location refers to the "folder location".

4) Send mail

Click the "Send mail" button on the "Mail from Excel" tab of the ribbon menu.
* If you want to preview the contents of the mail before sending it, click the "Preview before sending" button.
