You can use this feature when you want to see the schedule management data of the IT system running on the server on your PC.<\/p>\n

After exporting the schedule management data to the ServerData sheet of the XLGantt file in the Server, download and open the XLGantt(Excel Gantt)file, and this data comes into the Schedule sheet.<\/p>\n

\u203b Note: The 'Import from Server' feature is rarely used, so it has been removed from versions 5.0.0 and later.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Upload XLGantt file<\/h2>\n

Upload the XLGantt file (version 3.0.0 or higher) to the server once at the beginning. The \u201cServerData\u201d sheet of the Excel Gantt file must exist and be configured in the following format (see attached).<\/p>\n

2. Export and download<\/h2>\n

When the user clicks the download button on the schedule management web UI provided by the server, the data on the web UI is exported to the \"ServerData\" sheet of the XLGantt file uploaded to the server and downloaded to the client PC.<\/p>\n

3. Server Data Import<\/h2>\n

a) Open XLGantt file<\/h3>\n

When the user opens the downloaded XLGantt file, the data imported from the server (\"ServerData\" sheet data) is automatically entered into the Schedule sheet and the schedule is updated.
\nHowever, in \u201cOptions\u201d as shown below, \u201cImport Data of ServerData sheet on Startup\u201d should be selected.<\/p>\n

b) Import from the ribbon menu<\/h3>\n

You can also import data by clicking \u201cImport from Server\u201d on the XLGantt ribbon menu.<\/p>\n

It is not imported directly from the server, but the data exported from the server to the \u201cServerData\u201d sheet is imported to the \u201cSchedule\u201d sheet.<\/p>\n

If task connection information is included in the \u201cServerData\u201d sheet as follows, the connection lines between tasks are displayed on the Gantt chart.<\/p>\n
