XLGantt for Google Sheets is a Google Sheets editor add-on that helps users create and manage project schedules, Gantt charts, progress dashboards, workload reports, and analysis reports inside Google Sheets.<\/p>\n

2. Use of the Add-on<\/h2>\n

You may use the Add-on for lawful project management, schedule management, and productivity purposes.<\/p>\n

You are responsible for:<\/p>\n

- The accuracy of data you enter into Google Sheets
\n- Reviewing calculated schedules, progress values, and reports
\n- Maintaining backups of important spreadsheets
\n- Ensuring that your use of the Add-on complies with applicable laws and your organization\u2019s policies<\/p>\n

3. Google Account and Google Sheets<\/h2>\n

The Add-on requires access to the Google Sheets document where it is installed or used. Your use of Google Sheets and Google Workspace is also governed by Google\u2019s applicable terms and policies.<\/p>\n

4. No Professional Advice<\/h2>\n

The Add-on provides project schedule calculations and reporting tools. It does not provide legal, financial, engineering, accounting, or professional consulting advice.<\/p>\n

You should independently verify important calculations and reports before relying on them for business decisions.<\/p>\n

5. Public Holiday Data<\/h2>\n

The Add-on may retrieve public holiday data from:<\/p>\n

Holiday data is provided for convenience. We do not guarantee that holiday data is complete, accurate, or suitable for every jurisdiction, organization, or business rule. You are responsible for reviewing and adjusting the Calendar sheet as needed.<\/p>\n

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Add-on or any part of it at any time. We may also change features to improve performance, security, compatibility, or compliance.<\/p>\n

7. Fees<\/h2>\n

If the Add-on is provided for free, no fees apply. If paid plans or paid features are introduced in the future, applicable pricing and payment terms will be provided separately before purchase.<\/p>\n

8. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n

The Add-on, including its code, design, workflow, documentation, and related materials, is owned by [xlworks.net] or its licensors.<\/p>\n

You retain ownership of the data you enter into your spreadsheets.<\/p>\n
